Ayutthaya
Ayutthaya was the capital of Thailand for 417 years from
1350 to 1767, and in total there were 33 kings from different
dynasties. The Ayutthaya glory that can be seen in every
aspect of the ancient ruins remains memorable.
For this reason, the historical city of Ayutthaya was announced
as a world heritage site by UNESCO on 13 December 1991,
and since then a seven day celebration has been annually held.
Bang Pa-In
Originally by King Prasart Thong during the Auttaya
period almost four centuries ago, the palace was
restoredby King Rama IV and King Rama V who would
use the palace as a summer retreat. and also to
welcome state visitors and hold receptions on various occasions.
